Refund policy
It is up to the client to provide all correct shipping information. Failure to complete all shipping form fields correctly at the time of purchase will void any chance of refund.
We have a 20-day return policy for qualifying items, which means you have 20 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn, unwashed and unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
What’s your return policy?
We don’t offer returns or exchanges, unless there’s something wrong with your actual order. If you feel you qualify for a refund or exchange (see below), please let us know by contacting our store manager at store@gospelgills.com.
Do you offer refunds?
Refunds are only offered to customers that receive the wrong items or damaged items. If either of these apply, please email us at store@gospelgills.com with photos of wrong/damaged items and we’ll sort that out for you.
Can I exchange an item for a different size/color?
At this time, we don't offer exchanges. Our store is a Print On Demand (POD) retailer. Every item is printed individually as ordered. If you’re unsure which size would fit best, check out our sizing charts—we have one for every apparel item listed on our store. Though rare, it's possible that an item you ordered was mislabeled. If that’s the case, please let us know at store@gospelgills.com within 20 days after receiving your order. Include your order number and photos of the mislabeled item showing size discrepancy based on the size chart for that item, and we’ll send you a new one, or issue a refund!
How do I return an item for refund or exchange?
To start a return, you must first contact us at store@gospelgills.com. If your return is approved, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. Once the item/s have been received you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method or a replacement item will be shipped. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on sale items or gift cards.
